What we collect and why
We collect owner account information, order and delivery details, payment references and evidence, and profile content you choose to publish. These support account access, order fulfillment, payment verification, and the public profile service. We do not store wallet or card credentials.
Your public profile
Published contact details, images, services, and other content are public. Only include information you have permission to share. Drafts require owner or authorized administrator access.
Analytics and cookies
Essential session cookies keep owners signed in and protect forms. Analytics measure visits and clicks, with short-lived session-based deduplication. We do not keep raw visitor IP addresses or user agents in analytics records. Infrastructure logs may include connection details for security.
Retention and deletion
Expired trials stop working immediately and are deleted after a 24-hour grace period by scheduled maintenance. Detailed analytics are retained for 90 days; aggregate counts for 13 months. Contact requests are retained up to one year. Account, audit, and transaction retention must follow the operator’s documented business and legal obligations. Request account deletion through support; some transaction records may need to be retained.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, remove content, and request access, correction, export, or deletion. Payment processors handle payments under their own terms. The operator must assess and document its responsibilities under applicable Philippine data protection requirements.
